Why did Andy tell Emily she couldn't go to Paris?

For some reason Andy felt guilty because that's what Emily bragged to Andy about doing with Miranda. But yeah, I wouldn't see the point of her going anyways if she's going to walk with crutches the whole time. Andy is just a nice person and knew that going to Paris mattered more to Emily than her.

I think Andy also felt like she HAD to tell Emily because Miranda told her to. Regardless of Emily being in the hospital and not being able to go to Paris anyway. Andy had like a responsibility to tell her.
