I can't finish it tonight because I'm too tired but so far I loved it, I find it more magical than Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I'm 31.

I saw the adds for this in the theaters and I thought "Great, another piece of cgi enhanced crap. I saw it a year later on HBO and I was...blown away. There are some movies that just seem to have an intrinsic sense of wonder that stirs something in you. Something that, I assume, is only possible if you have that last vestige of childhood in you that you can't or won't let go. To those of us that fall into that category; this movie is a wonder. Its beautiful and its---just...magical? I suppose.

To people who are not, its silly, nonsensical and puerile.

Makes me wonder if they know what they are missing.

Since we are doing this, I will be 64 day after tomorrow, I sat through it, then set it to record, so I can see it again. It reminds me of a lot of things without being actually like any of them. Nice magic.
