The title L'enfant is for Bruno, not for the baby

I know it should be only imagination, but I thought Dardenne brothers chose "L'enfant" as the movie title not because of the baby, but because of Bruno. The lack of maturity and preparation for life let him completely lost, many scenes shows him as a kid without consequences of his acts.
