I apologize to the people of the Academy

My behavior has been improper and I accept the consequences. I ask my fellow academy members for their patience and understanding. Life can be difficult for me. I will be participating in anger management treatment. You deserve better from me. I can be better. I will be better.

I don't have any thing to really add here. Impulsiveness affects men differently. People looking at this like everyone should behave the same, well those anger groups are a lot of men. Not that women can't get just as angry, but men need the extra support I'd say, lacking some connections or not having the right outlet and stuff
