1.) Stem-cell treatment in Catholic hospital;
2.) Same-day approval, delivery of pertinent drugs, & operation per said treatment;
3.) Scully qualified for brain surgery esp. w/ said treatment;

4.) FBI did not seal off all sides of bldg while searching medical office;
5.) Only 1 FBI agent out front;
6.) Crook doesn't backtrack once he sees FBI agents inside bldg, but walks out front door towards most likely add'l agents;

7.) Scully in operating theatre w/o surgical gloves;
8.) Scully/ nurses in operating theatre not wearing surgical masks in place;

You're gonna need a bigger boat.

Also, it really bugged me that Dr. Scully never wore a name tag when she was in the hospital.

All of this feels like a byproduct of a low-budget/low-effort film.

It wasn't just that they didn't have enough money for extras to play SWAT guys guarding the office, for example, it was that they didn't write/direct the scenes to cover that up that fact. Worse, the whole scene swings on shitty police procedure.
