***Major Spoilers*** Plot holes?

Two events keep bugging me after watching this movie. Are they plot holes or did I just miss something? :)

1. When Michelle and Allie were outside about 20 mins. into the movie, they were startled by a noise and then they went back inside. Then the camera goes to where I suppose the sound came from, to the real cook being killed by Peter (in disguise). Did this happen then, or did it happen before they all got up there?

Because later on in the movie the sheriff tells Bobby they found somebody in the woods, cut into pieces (the cook according to the fax send to the sheriffs' place) before they all got up there. Bobby explains he couldn't have been the killer because he wasn't on parole till after the murder. But the cook got killed while they were all up there including Bobby, right? Must have been a blast to the past then, the cook getting killed.

2. When Zoe comes popping in out of nowhere (Left her bike at the Sheriff's place? Then goes walking through the woods at night to surprise her gf Sarah) she bumps into Peter, Michelle and Sarah. After she hands back Sarah her PDA she leaves again. She walks through the forest and get's killed by Peter. But uhh Peter is still with Michelle and Sarah right? Or did he leave her and Sarah in the middle of the night in the dark forest to get his suit, kill Zoe and then hurry back to show up with Michelle and Sarah when Jack and Bobby play out their little prank? He's fast! That had me wondering if there were two killers, since obviously Peter killed the cook.

Peter scaring Michelle at the beginning and then saying "I haven't heard screaming that loud since I LEFT my parents house" was very awkward, especially since we learned a bit earlier that Eric's parents and "brother" got killed in a fire set by igniting gasoline in Eric's room. Who would burn the house down, starting by Eric's room? The only explanation based on the little info we got, was that it would have to be a spouse, thus the brother who got neglected after Erics death and that he is/goes insane and kills his parents and then sets out to kill the people responsible for the death of his brother and oh, don't forget the cook, the German chick and the dyke.. lol... He was pissed off! ;-)

That unidentifiable guy getting killed must have been the cook, cuz he was the only who would never be missed, Peter took his place implicating him as the bad guy. After that it was just sitting through the movie watching everybody unimportant getting killed. Oh it started to get interesting again when Charlie goes all psycho on Sarah while he's messing around with the generator trying to uhhh, yeah I kinda didn't get that part. Good thing Peter had a snake to kill Charlie! lol..

Dissapointing plot!! :-(

2) When the sheriff arrested Bobby he said something to the effect of "Is this how you want to start your parole?" Bobby said nothing about just getting out on parole. All the sheriff knew was that Bobby was on parole.

I hate to possibly defend this dumba** movie, but, the woman that the sheriff called to ask about Bobby's parole, told him that Bobby was paroled last week.

I saw this movie last night. My wife and I were so disappointed, I don’t even know where to start.. so I wont bother. What a stupid waste!

It is amazing how so many people come here to bad-mouth a movie about certain plotholes when they get them completely wrong to begin with, which indicates to me that it isn't the movie plot but your attention or lack there of that needs to be checked.

The poster moaning about Bobby being uninjured and no bloody clothes having been impaled by the wrough iron gate spikes is a prime example. Perhaps that person should go back and watch that scene again since Bobby was tied ABOVE the spikes, they were just pressing firmly into his torso, not actually giving enough pressure to draw blood or penetrate him!

The cars being dismantled might have been done before they went looking for Jack's gf.

There also might have been a cook AND a grounds keeper! Remember, it was Adam who told everyone he was the cook and the grounds keeper! I think the guy killed in the boathouse was the real cook and the real Peter was the grounds keeper.

The only one I have trouble answering is the biker dyke being killed, that I am stumped over, but every movie is entitled to some unexplainable plothole!

This was a pretty good slasher movie in my opinion, it had the feel of the true 80's type slashers, not the sex mad cliched characterized slashers from today!

I only axed ya for a smoke - Jack Frost

What happened to Jack? After the curly haired blond left him high and dry, we don't see anything else of him do we? Or did I just miss something??
