She doesn't seem to really know what to say when she's critiquing.

TPTB in Hollywood have been trying to make Zendaya happen for what seems like all of her life. She's just not interesting or exciting at all.

I have no idea who she is. My thought was, "Wow! They have a 10-year-old as a final judge"! I think the best celebrity judge in a finale was Neil Patrick Harris. I thought the girl's critiques were pretty good, but I couldn't help but wonder if she wasn't a last minute replacement when the producers realized that they had to give Erin the win.

Lucky me, I didn't watch a moment of her commentary! None of these newbie so called stars are worth listening to IMO! Z, Grande, whoever; NEXT!  

I actually like Zendaya, so I don't hate her for it. She just needs a little more coaching oh her public speaking. She was cool on Dancing with the Stars a few years ago. She was recently on Top Model and did a good job.
Maybe she was poorly edited to support the outcome of the show.
