From oscilloscope patterns to modern CGI. I think the original theme was played on Theremin and lasted for 20 years.

Thanks for that Satan, it really brought back some memories! I was reminded that I would have liked to see more of Paul McGann, I would have preferred him instead of Christopher Eccleston for the tv comeback.

Oh, and Michelle Ryan would have made a fabulous companion for a while!
