Reminded me of Gattaca

Both films are set in a not too distant dystopian future where Ethan Hawke wants to be something he currently isn't. A stranger approaches him with a proposition to grant him his wish. In both films, his eyes are one of the features that change. His brother's job happens to be hunting his kind down. The stranger who approaches him is also set on fire.
