why not a sequel?

with Don Johnson. he was only about 56 back then he could've played the chief of police and his son or other Sonny type cop would've been the lead guy with some other guy.. other original cast members could've cameoed/supporting roles

or maybe even set it in the 80s with Farrel playing DJs version of Sonny. (but then I guess the 80s weren't cool back in the 00s)
