Weird movie ... started out really good, and complete fizzled into a pile of nothing

The idea that because someone was the son of Stalin they are going to have political capital like the descendent of a royal family and be able to rule a country is simplistic and trite. Except for that it was a interesting movie. I'd have to give it a 2 or 3 out of 10 because of how the whole movie turns out to the pointless and dumb.
