Have they ever found any convincing evidence of ghosts?
I was channel-hopping last night and came across this show for the first time. I 'd never heard of it before, but a station up here in Canada was playing a bunch of episodes back-to-back. I thought it was a cool premise for a show; I've always been interested in ghosts, even though I'm not sure I believe in them.
But each episode seemed to be the same pattern. They go inside a house, then it's "Oh, I think I may have seen a shadow." which is never captured on film despite all the cameras they bring. Or they hear some faint noise which could be absolutely anything, then they play back the recording of it repeatedly as if it means something.
So in all the years of this show, have they ever actually found any compelling piece of evidence that made you think there may be some paranormal activity?
Like I said, I think the show is an interesting concept. But do they ever find anything tangible, or is it all just unseen shadows or faint noises?
The other thing that seemed strange was the reaction of the owners of the supposedly haunted properties. They seem so grateful and thankful towards the team at the end, when they really didn't solve, confirm or fix anything. It's just "Well, your place may be haunted, but we don't know for sure." I hope these people aren't paying for this service.
One positive about the show: that girl with the glasses (Kris?) was really cute.
