2. Goblin Jr has memory come back just in time to f**ck up something else for peter.
3.Topher grace playing venom.
4. Thomas Baden Church reduced to a bland character.
5. Having the nerve to add Thomas Baden church in old clip as one of the robbers, so now peter hates him too.
6.Gwen Stacy having pointless role in movie.
7.spiderman going emo.
I'll add to this, if I may:
#8. Three words, "British Television Reporter"

Regardless, why the hell is there a reporter with a British accent working in New York? It's like the most random thing you could possibly come up with. I don't mean to sound xenophobic, but I don't want to hear people with accents (especially posh, upper class, RP-type voices) like that reporting on American specific news.
