Sara’s eggs were harvested but could she still become pregnant or did the process make her infertile?
shareShe could have children but not with a human. She was modified to be more alien than the creature from Species I and II.
The young scientist made her a boyfriend, but I guess he was made to be totally infertile.
That was my impression, anyway.
