As a non American I'm curious as to what Don meant when showing Annie the Eagle he says "The tags are a couple of years overdue"
shareTags is slang for License plate. Registration must be paid annually to the state of South Carolina, and they give you a dated sticker affixed to the corner. He hasn't driven in two years and let his Registration sticker expire. So if the movie is set in 2005, he's driving around with 2003 corner decals on his license plates.
