I'm not stranger to x-rated movies, but have to admit I felt my eyebrows raise when Dorff steps back from boinking the hooker towards the end and you get a full frontal view of his sheath-clad Willie Wonka. Thought it was a bit stupid. He'd just pulled away but he's pointing south. I guess this is why this may be the unrated version; can't imagine anything less than an NC-17.
