In this s**t life...*minor spoilers*

The part where Michael Caine says "In this *beep* life, we must chuck some things. There's always looking after." is one of the most profound and amazing lines I've ever heard in a film.

What parts of this film stick out to you?

Caine was awesome in this movie, i think the whole cast did a great job, this movie was so funny when it was supposed to be, and yet so sad and realistic when it needed to be, the drama and comedy mixed well here. Caine's lines were filled with a sense of wisdom. I love this movie, kudos to Cage who did a great job as well, and didn't ham it up here like he's been doing lately (except for Matchstick Men, which is a good movie as well)

Sheriff Joe came to Arizona to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and he's all out of bubblegum

"Do you know that the harder thing to do and the right thing to do are usually the same thing? Nothing that has meaning is easy. "Easy" doesn't enter into grown-up life."

Oh yeah I felt so sorry for NC's character.
His *beep* life" was a failed marriage, however, he had regular access to his kids and a piss easy job paying him over $1m! My heart bled...not.

That scene is a prime example of how severely underrated this movie is.

I wonder if that was meant like a double entendre, because Spritz gets all that food 'chucked' at them. Maybe that is the throwing people's way of dealing with their unhappiness, their form of chucking things.
