Not as funny as the originals, but...

Remakes generally are not ever as good. We feel nostalic for the old version, and often remember it being better than it really was.

This version has some funny, quotable moments. I love the repeated "Lovely weather we are having...I hope it stays this mild" joke, and the whole "I would like to buy a 'emburger" scene. I do not know how the actress playing the voice coach kept a straight face. Martin knocked that bit out of the park.
