Steven Seagal's voice dubbed?

When I watched this movie, about half of the time when Steven Seagal talked, it didn't sound like his voice at all.

Did they dub his voice in this movie? And why would they do that?

It doesn't matter the style of martial arts you practice, if you're not in shape you're going to get hurt. Like Seagal did oh so many times. He's in horrible shape and he should admit it rather than getting fans to make crap up excusing his pitiful physique.

Personally, I can totally see a single biker beating the crap out of segal. Or even a drunken sailor ( I spill my drink!)... and seagal being a master? Hah!

His "moves" are weakening because he was never that good to begin with! Seagal just had... THE VOICE... but it's being dubbed out now so it doesn't make much of a difference who plays the character.

Why was his voice dubbed? He was in Poland at the time filming the scenes. Had he lost his voice?
