Cold Case (2003-2010) vs Without A Trace (2002-2009)

which is better?

Cold Case all day.

Cold Case cases were just so deep.
Every damn episode and maybe 2cases the person wasn't really deceased.

Without a Trace, either the person dies or was found alive, but never was the case going to break your heart.

Without a Trace always felt like a not great L&O without the order episode.
