I haven't seen all of them yet, but this is my current top 9:

#1 Godzilla (1954)
#2 Godzilla vs. Megalon (1973)
#3 Godzilla (1985)
#4 Godzilla vs. Gigan (1972)
#5 "Godzilla" (1998) (Yes, people, I'm serious.)
#6 Godzilla vs. King Gidorah (1991)
#7 Godzilla vs. Monster Zero (1965)
#8 Godzilla Raids Again (1955)
#9 Godzilla Vs. Hedorah (1971) (Which I actually hated until people made me re-think.)

My least favorite is probably Godzilla vs. Mothra (1964), Destroy All Monsters (1968), or Godzilla Vs. Mechagodzilla (1974).

I'm sure lots of disputes for these lists but my order is as follows (ps I included some other monster movies since they have many cross overs)

Godzilla Tokyo SOS

Godzilla vs King Ghidrah - another time travel flick but so much fun

Godzilla Final Wars - I still can't believe so many fans thought so poorly of this one; the fights are rushed for time but lots of monsters and aliens like Mr X who are campy as hell its just pure mindless fun

Godzilla vs Biolante

Destroy All Monsters

Beast from 20,000 Fathoms

Godzilla vs Destroyah

Rebirth of Mothra 3 - I am not a Mothra fan but this one is really cool

Godzilla

Godzilla vs Hedorah (Smog Monster)

Godzilla vs MegaGuirus

Rodan

Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla

Varan the Unbelievable

Ebirah Horror of the Deep (G vs Sea Monster)

Godzilla Revenge

Son of Godzilla

Godzilla vs Megalon - its funny but HORRIBLE in so many ways one of the worst ever (the flying dropkick is still hilariously bad)
