While I agree with you guys, that this movie is mesmerizing, I must say, that it has been one-upped. Step Up 2 The Streets is officially the most influential film of all time, WOW! What a masterpiece!

This experience (I would call it a film but it is so much more than that) not only changed my life but taught me very valuable lessons about myself and the world around me.
Take for example the beautiful sequence that involves Elgin and David simultaneously dancing in the rain, apart, but together. As one. After my mortal eyes viewed that heavenly-divine scene of absolute perfection, I was told that I began to speak in tongue while I rubbed my elbows and my knees together feverishly. When I awoke I came to the instant realization that not only had I ejaculated, but that I had also either farted or shat a slight amount of blood in my pants. This pleased me immensely.
If I had to cut my wrist with a DVD i'd make it this one, so that I could die with it in my hand and live forever in an afterlife of some sort with this small but hugely important work of sheer brilliance by my side.
It is truly the work of higher beings, gods perhaps, who felt the human race deserved a gift after 200,000 years of worshipping and wondering.
I for one feel that they were generous beyond my wildest expectations!

More like a cinematic TRIUMPH. This is the stately legacy the likes of Morgan Freeman and Denzel only dream of. Please sign my petition to add this treasure into the National Film Registry by 2014~

It's movies like this that inspire me to become a film maker.
