A coincidence

In the NCIS episode "Unseen Improvements", May 11, 2021, I thought that Agent Bishop's appearance, wearing a dark blue (or black) and white horizontally striped shirt, was a bit familiar.

It remainds me of the costume worn by Lalla Ward as Romana in a Doctor WhO episode, presumable the first episode of the serial "Leisure Hive" (30 August 1980), which begins on a beach in Brighton.
