Whole lotta killin going on!

The last five minutes clearly wants to be Pekinpah's The Wild Bunch. This doesn't live up to that, but it's a decent enough watch. El Pistolero (the bounty hunter) played by Jorge Rivero was an interesting enough character, but the other two were practically indistinguishable. Even looking at pictures of them now, I'm unsure which was the escaped convict and which had the more personal reason to want the sheriff dead.

(SPOILER)

I found the end scene with the death of Rivero's character confusing. He's running, someone shoots a shotgun (from quite a distance), and then Rivero turns around. He doesn't react like someone who's been shot at all. But then you see blood trickling down his forehead and he falls dead. If that shot was what got him, it could have been portayed better, I think.

Strip poker with the prostitutes was fun.
