Never knew this was based on a Stephen King story

Blew my mind, I've always enjoyed this movie, and enjoy reading King but never read 4 past midnight. Finally got around to reading it this weekend and was shocked that his second short story in that series is this movie! Crazy! I enjoyed the movie ending more than the short stories ending though. Otherwise the movie pretty much sticks to the story all the way through.
