I myself never could stand claire danes and leo dicaprio in romeo and juliet, I know a lot of people find him very cute, but I never could see why, and she is just too plain looking to play a character like juliet.

I liked Leo in Romeo+Juliet because he looked Just The Right Amount of Broody in a white button-down shirt with a cigarette dangling out of his mouth. Outside of that moment...eh... He was good as Arnie Grape, and did a fair job in The Basketball Diaries, and I loved him in Gangs of New York. Some of the time, it seems like he comes off as too young for the role, even if he's technically old enough, or older. I usually like the movies he's in, but I've never been in the "oooh, LEO!" crowd.
Claire Danes as Juliet. I think she's beautiful, and I love her eyes. I also think she did the best job of making the Shakespearian dialogue sound as close as possible to natural and common speech patterns. She was speaking, rather than reciting. Personal opinion there, but I liked her in that role.
