here's my idea for a third film, and this is based upon a real sports event, the olympics
not kidding

cody is at home in seattle, and he's a little bit older since we last saw him
anyway, the two agents from the previous movie, derek and the scotish agent return along with some new recruit agents that they meet in seattle but this time they are helping to protect the vancouver games
from some random villian [scientist,bank robber, etc]

Well it's 2010, almost 2011. So, I'm going to say no, there isn't going to be a 3rd movie. If there is, Frankie Muniz said he won't do it.

And wow, at all the people giving their ideas on the plot for a third movie. Not be a jerk, but these are some of the worst ideas I've ever heard.
