I didn't got to see Hellraiser VIII, yet, but in your point of view, which one is better: Deader or Hellworld? (I know, everybody will say that the first Hellraiser is the best....:)))

Just watched Hellworld and was disappointed. Nice concept but needed more of Pinhead!! He is Hellraiser after all!!??

While neither movie comes close to the originals (I personally put Hellbound before Hellraiser, BTW), between the two Deader, IMO, is *far* more tolerable.

Umm... CostalGirl you are horrible... It is Blasphemy to say that Hellbound is better than Hellraiser, it wasn't even written by Clive Barker he only wrote the first movie..... I am going to go puke now
shareI myself like Hellbound about as much as Hellraiser 1, if it could of fixed some of the obvious problems. It could of even been better than Hellraiser 1 with or without Barkers involvement.

Hellraiser 1, 2, Hellraiser 3: Hell on Earth, Hellraiser 4: bloodline, Hellraiser 5: Inferno, Hellraiser 6: Hellseeker, Hellraiser 7: Deader, Hellraiser 8: Hellworld, so can someone inform me if I'm missing one in the group?

Hellbound is Hellraiser #2.
As for Deader and Hellworld, I've not had the chance to see Deader yet, but after seeing Hellworld on the Sci-Fi Channel and finding it to be better than it is given credit (though still nowhere near the quality of previous entries), I'd really like to see Deader.
Hellworld is horrible.

Well, I didn't care for Deader as I really considered it not related to Hellraiser with the Pinhead part thrown in just to make a sequel while Hellworld isn't award winning it was more based around the Hellraiser concept - rather loosely but still related. So I choose Hellworld...

As upset and disappointed as I was with Deader, it by far blows Hellworld away. I am one of the biggest hellraiser fans there is. I can pretty much quote 1-4 word for word. But I hope this is the end of the series. They have taken a fantastic horror series and destroyed it. It has gone from horror to some kind of thriller drama, which I'm sure Clive Barker never intended. I hope I never hear the name Rick Bota again, and if by some long shot he reads this, thanks for destroying the series.
