Should I see This movie

I tried watching it because of the Ghibli name, but was really disappointed. I stopped after a few minutes in (which is something I usually never do because I hate not knowing the ending). It doesn't feel like a Ghibli movie. The animation isn't nearly as good as you could expect, the story is a standard fantasy mess about talking cats...

One last disclaimer, though: I can't really get into 95% of typical "anime" movies. This felt closer to the usual anime styles in both aesthetics and story telling, so if you're a fan of Japanese animation in general, you might still get something out of it.

I think this film is definitly worth watching. It dosn't have an overly complex plot but is charming and easily a classic childrens film.

Yes, overall its rather an enjoyable film.
One other thing you can do as well is watch the earlier film Whisper Of The Heart and play spot the connections between the two stories.
