It seems to be about ...

filmmaking. In particular, we're shown a series of circumstances between people in the film industry and then a couple years later, one of them has turned the incidents into a film script. In the last track we actually see that film being made, with many of the original participants now acting in it.

But whereas everything before was stupid and nasty, the retelling seems to tell a happier and more meaningful story. Also, people forget, or at least pretend to forget, all their old antagonisms and congratulate one another on their accomplishments. Sincere or good business strategy? It's not entirely clear.

The last track was pretty interesting, but the preceding ten seemed boring and full of motivations that made no sense. This could have been a good film except that the viewer had to sit through all of that.
