One of the better Pulp Fiction rip offs, well worth watching for Meaney and Farrell

It's not entirely perfect, some performances and storylines don't work for me. But when the film is on Colin Farrell and Colm Meaney, it's fantastic. Both steal this film, even though Cillian Murphy is great as always. Farrell plays a right scumbag in Lehiff, the opening scene with a young Kerry Condon (who's in Better then Saul, and does the voice of F.R.I.D.A.Y in the Marvel Cinematic universe) really is a gut punching opening and the face off between him and Meaney's copper Jerry Lynch is the film's saving grace. Meaney is just so quotable throughout the film, arrogant and full of bravado. Along with the Snapper, it's Meaney greatest performance.

Although I thought Murphy and Kelly Macdonald storyline didn't work for me, as didn't Shirley Henderson stuff, been a Dubliner myself her accent is shocking. I remember this was a massive hit in Ireland back in the day.
