Brendan Gleeson, without a doubt. I am so looking forward to "The Guard". I do like Cillian Murphy and Colin Farrell as well. One of my all-time favourite films is "In Bruges" - Gleeson and Farrell are just so bloody brilliant. It's one of the most moving and perfect films I've ever seen. I've watched it countless times.
