All I can say is THANK GOD Springer no longer does that insipid schlock show of his, and particularly THANK GOD that the execrable Jeremy Kyle had his awful peasant show taken off the air after a guest committed suicide, and no more do we have to put up with Kyle's insistence that the lie detector test is absolutely infallible and reliable, when it bloody well isn't.
And Kilroy, Trisha and Vanessa that copied them and ended in controversy.
shareYeah, I never really liked those shows. Kilroy was interesting long, long ago, but then he got all political and controversial. Trisha I never saw, except as spoofs in movies like Shaun of the Dead, and certainly not Vanessa.
Jerry Springer kicked ass because he never pretended to be a good guy, his show was funny as fuck. Dr. Phil is the biggest piece of shit because he sits on his high horse pretending to help while he exploits his guests in the same way Jerry did.

Putting Dr. Phil's show on the same level as Springer is nuts.
Dr Phil doesn't have people fighting on stage and all the other antics JS had on his god-awful show. Occasionally DP will have some interesting topics on his show that are worth discussing.
However, I am starting to get tired of watching him wave with his finger at his wife at the beginning of every show. He really does need to cut that out.
