People were walking out

and I am sorry I didn't.
We kept waitng & waiting for something to happen. It was like a freshman film class project, done by someone who should be majoring in Physica or accounting or anything but film. The background overwhelmed the dialogue. Scenes jumped from one to another & back much too quickly. I understand it was shot with a digital camera - well, that wore thin after a few minutes.
When it ended, the whole theatre gave a big sigh of relief. The negative comments went way beyond the "I didn't like it." Several people demanded refunds. People were actually cursing the film.

WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?

This may have been the worst movie I ever saw. At least I am not alone.

BUT - so many good reviews! It just shows that we all have different tastes

That always disturbs me... people demanding refunds because they didn't like a movie. It's just stupid. There's no sign on the theater that says "entertainment guaranteed". If you don't like, it, you still saw it and used up the same amount of the theatre's resources as those who did like it. Now if you realize it's not at all what you thought it was and leave in the first few minutes, I can understand that. But if you stay? Deal with it.

I wonder if these same people demand refunds at sporting events if their team loses? It makes just as much sense.

I liked it. I don't have preconceived notions - I just wanted to see Jerry's project.

The worst movie ever made is surely Heaven's Gate. A travesty, an atrocious, ludicrous waste of money, talent and time. I rented it thinking I could find something good in a movie that all critics and public hated, but they were completely right.

Jerry Seinfeld's documentary wouldn't even be on the top 500 worst movies ever made. Please! It was a humble little project, sturdy, unassuming and also - a documentary.

I really liked "comedian." All this is so confusing to me. It showed an inner look at the craft of stand-up comedy. With both a veteran and a newcomer. If you like Jerry Seinfeld at all, this documentary leaves you with atleast something interesting and ingratiating. Worst movie ever? My god.. that's ridiculous.

do you look back at your comments from 8 years ago thinking how stupid you were back then?

Not surprised, this wouldn't make sense being shown in a cinema, great TV though!!
