I didnt watch the whole movie, but I watched up until she was wearing the new clothes and changed her attitude.
What kind of idiot would sleep with a complete stranger just because he said a few cool words. She made me want to kick her. What a weak slutty woman.
I would have made him WORK for me.

Then she had the NERVE to get all excited saying she still "got it".
When ANY man would willingly have sex with anyone who offered.
Sheesh.
Get a clue.

"Nice", zip your damn mouth. A slut is someone who sleeps with MANY people, and this woman got out of a devastating marriage where her loser husband dumped her and took her house. She was obviously having some self-image problems, and learned her mistake.

Agreed, her husband left her for a much younger woman and it devastated her self-esteem. Although none of you may have ever done it, however, she wanted to feel desired and wanted and she got that even if it was for one night.

Geez...people like the original OP and the others that agreed are what sets the world continually backwards for women. Such a double standard...would you say the same if it were a man?... and so judgmental because someone else does something that they may not do (or may do but that's how hypocrites think).
People like that should go live in the middle east where women have no individual choices or rights.
No wonder I see kids these days still bestowing judgement and double standards as if they were still entrenched in the 1950s..

I don't like your sexist premise at all, but you're still amusing.

I also found myself laughing at that scene. Diane Lane is still a very attractive woman. What single man wouldn't take sex when she offered? It was a funny scene to see her little dance. In fact, the guy wasn't single at all. His girl was just out of sight, out of mind and so he took the opportunity to bang Diane Lane.
