That was kind of funny looking when Toby McGuire was being grabbed by the throat by The Octomom. He kind of looked like he was smiling and swaying around a bit.

Yes, that is a weirdly funny expression by Peter. But, it seems obvious the guy is in a great deal of discomfort and is probably trying to catch his breath. Then again Maguire has always be one to make pretty over-the-top facial expressions, so if he looks odd there then it is entirely his fault. :)
