Hillary Duff just straight up murdered the villian...

That's horrible. I could understand the nanites accidentally falling into the guy's mouth or something, but she might as well put a .44 Magnum into the poor saps mouth and pull'd the trigger.

Self-defense isn't murder. Murder is the illegal killing of one human being by another, distinguishable notably by the lack of justification.

Notice that he stopped trying to kill her and her dad after he died, thus the justification.

Remember, it's ok to use deadly force to stop someone from killing you. If they get hurt or die it's their own fault for being a bad person.

I agree that that's bad, but please put a spoiler alert on next time.

Kid Nation && Degrassi are love.

Yes, especially by gtmash, who said the villain wasn't trying to kill her. He certainly was.

reply

He WASN'T trying to kill her. He had already TRIED to kill her and failed.

He was no longer trying to kill her. He had stopped. So to then kill him when her life was no longer in danger IS murder.

Killing someone who had once tried to kill you but you are no longer in danger from IS murder.

Fun thread.

Killing is no easy thing to do. I've never killed another human being, but on an occasion or two I've been forced to kill an animal and I can tell you, there is no way in hell that you would have a smile on your face with the realization of what you just did, unless of course you were psychotic. But hey, nowadays we have movies with Hilary Duff sticking a scorpion down her crotch...
