Umm... I thought the show was just on hiatus...?

Officially, yes, but TV-shows on hiatus is sort of like a human in a coma. The longer it lasts, the less likely is a reawekening.

They cancelled it because people found the character Ghandi offensive. Simple as that.

Futurama and Family Guy have risen from the dead. When Scrubs ends (it has been said this season is most likely the last one) it may give the creators as well as the cast a chance to revisit this show. I can't believe the show would be cancelled over the way it portrayed famous dead people. Anyone remember a little show called Celebrity Deathmatch? That show had 4 seasons, was cancelled and brought back (though the original is better). That show brought Gandhi back to fight Genghis Khan and many other dead political, spiritual figureheads.

Ghandi's character was harmless! He just had funny little sideplots and was comic relief - it could easily have been any other historical figure in that role. If any families/supporters of the famous historical figures portrayed on "Clone High" should be offended, it's the Kennedys.

JFK is my favorite character, but holy CRAP do they give that guy a bad name! He even says "I thought it was because [the original JFK] was a macho, womanizing stud!" Man, the writers seemed to be an episode away from introducing the clone of Marilyn Monroe for a little subplot!

Thankfully, there are some awesome characters no one could touch - Cleo, Joan, maybe even Abe....

Also, why wasn't anyone offended over Jesus Cristo?!?! "Careful with that nailgun, Jesus!" There've got to be SOME crazy conservatives out there looking to get a genius show cancelled because of its sacriligious antics!

A Clone Marilyn Monroe was ont he show. In the first episode, she walks be JFK outside and goes "hey Kennedy".

In which JFK truns to Julius Ceasar and says "I invaded HER bay of pigs, if you catch my meaning!"

Anything we can boycott over there and get canceled, preferably something popular and well-written? Maybe a show with an "offensive portrait" of Abraham Lincoln as comic relief? I'm all ears, lol. Seriously this kind of thing annoys me. It'd be like me complaining about how American icons are negatively portrayed in other countries' select markets, demanding a recall of shows I'm never going to see period and weren't meant for me anyway. Why didn't they just write Gandhi out of the show? Spineless.
