Plot Synopsis

By the way, Gadget and G2 has fulfill a year of married and he has a surprise: Baxter has created them a child robot called Gadget Jr.
Tony Martin as Dr. Claw. I had the ideas that Penny is all grown up and joins the Riverton police and with Chief Quimby retiring she goes undercover in MAD. Dr. Claw started the agency MAD but he's arrested again with the help of Capeman after Penny is exposed to other MAD agents of being Penny by Dr. Claw kidnapped by him with his face seen.
I dunno about that, but there is a Inspector Gadget 3 coming out in 2009. This girl at our school is gonna be the new Penny. It probably will be another stupid sequel, but i'll see it since I know the girl.

I would love to have Dr. Claw only visible from behind (sitting in a chair, in front of a video wall, voiced by Frank Welker) and revealed to be Chief Quimby. That's what I always thought.
The other thing, is that it should return to Metro City, and Brain to be CG, so he can walk upright and pose as a local/MAD ageng/just simple dog.
And of course, have the GadgetMobile return to being a convertible -a car that converts between an MPV and a Sports Coupé -not that wretched convertible from the movies IG1 & IG2.
