I can't believe no one mentioned it, but my favorite has been universal remonster since it aired.
You can only kill him with the ancient bonesword by stabbing him in the heart. It doesn't have to be the bonesword though. Anything sharp really. Or just anywhere. Or poke him with a pillow.
Sorry, poorly paraphrased but I die of laughter every goddamned time. I wish more people were still on this board doin some high nostalgiating.

Any episode Shake is killed, or is owned by frylock, loses a point or two.

There are so many choices. I'll keep it to four in no particular order.

Mayhem of the Mooninites - Carl: "No, the real point is, I don't give a damn."

The Clowning - Carl's air guitar solo with the wig on his head is frickin hilarious!

eDork - So many funny moments. From Carl and the farm porn to Meatwad tossing a booger onto Shake to the leg upgrades humping each other.

Carl Wash - One of the funniest moments in the show to me is when Meatwad goes to Carl's house to ask him to get his car washed and sings his little song (Get ya car washed, uh uh, a get ya car washed uh uh. Or your a dumbass, gonna get your ass whooped) and turns into the finger flipping him off. The first time I saw that I laughed until I cried.
