Deceptive movie cover

For a fairly, PG action movie with no nudity whatsoever, the cover is very deceptive. The cover of my dvd shows Vin Diesel with no clothes looking intensely at a girl in front of him. The title of the movie is "xXx". The girl may or may not be clothed. There is nothing else going on other than that.

If I had no prior knowledge of this movie and saw it somewhere random, my best guess would be that Vin starred in a porno. Is that what they were going for?
