Anyone else notice that Craig's mom was basically just a prop? With the exception of that unnecessary scene in the landlady's apt. she didn't do anything except stand in the background.
It's not like Craig's mom is the lifeblood of the franchise, but if you're going to include the character and you have the original actress, you might as well give them a few lines. I think she can be funny and I thought she was completely wasted.

The actress that played Craig's mom, Anna Maria Horsford is a very funny lady. She started five seasons on the show "Amen" and four seasons on "The Wayan's Brothers." I wish her part was bigger.

Yes, she has been around for a very long time. I remember her in 'Amen' also, and the movie 'Times Square' as Miss Rosie Washington because her name was included in the song, 'Your Daughter is One.'
It was her and Marsha Warfield back in the day, but sadly you don't hear of Marsha anymore. She still does stand up, though. I think she left show business for a while because she had a cocaine addiction.
I thought the scene in the landlady's apt. was beyond hilarious, but I agree, she could have been used more.
