JD's brother tells him he has to grow up

....in the same episode which starts with him doing a practical joke on JD by faking his own death upon him and getting dozens of audience members to watch it happening live. Not to mention how Dr. Cox completely agrees with it despite him being even more childish than JD and showcasing it of in pretty much every single episode.
