What happened to John and Michael?
What ever happened to John and Michael Darling? They are Wendy's brothers and John is the one with the dark framed glasses and Michael is a toddler and is always holding a teddy bear.

Someone told me they were deleted because the story was focused on Peter Pan and Jane, and Wendy only got a few appearances.
Personally, I would hope John and Michael could at least have a small appearance. Like in the final scene, when Jane's father returns home, he could bring them along as guests.
I agree, My good guess is that John became a Business Man/University Professor and Michael is a soilder/Truck driver in the war.
shareAccording to the book written by J.M. Barrie at the very end at "When Wendy Grew Up", Michael was a married engine driver and lord, and John was a beared man who had no stories to tell. Mrs. Darling was dead and forgotten while Mr. Darling gave the house to Wendy because he wasn't fond of stairs. That's all I can remember..

I agree; that probably makes the most sense.
shareIt would of been too hard to get John and Michael in this sequel because it's too much focus about Jane while she's in Neverland with Peter Pan and Tinker Bell. Wendy would need more appearing scene in this one just to get Michael and John to show up.
shareWas John not Jane's father?
And yes. As someone else previously stated - Michael grew up to be a whore.

I came up with this theory that John died honorably while fighting in WWI, leaving behind a wife and 2 daughters. Michael also fought in WWI but survived. However, the war changed him greatly...he suffered from post traumatic stress disorder and drank heavily to combat this. One night in the late 40s, after another drunken night at the strip joint, he got into a fatal car accident. He went through 2 short lived marriages but never had any children.
I realize this is tragic but can't you totally see it happening?
I can't.
