This would be if Lana stayed in Paris longer and Clark disappeared for years, what would be her reaction be? would she be skeptical or be like meeting a big superstar?

Same with Chloe if Alicia hadn't shown her Clark using his powers.

Prior to learning Clark's secret had so high opinion of meteor freaks or aliens, look at Lana's reaction to Zod's minions in Arrival.
