Do people from this country consider this the best?

I've only seen a few Norwegian films but my favourite so far would be 'Naboer'. It had a great claustrophobic feel to it, very Roman Polanski-esque.

I'm not from Norway (I'm from NZ), but I love this movie! It makes me want to visit Norway (which is strange because it barely shows any scenery). I'm going to watch kitchen stories next :)
Edit: Kitchen stories was very good, but I enjoyed Elling a lot more.
