How would you kill her?

Why kill her? If she has a right to live there, then just let her do so!

But as long as her contract does noe specify that you have to help her with everything, dont help her!

And off course, report everything to the police or authorities, that she does which seems like threatening or illegitimate behaviour. Noise, resulting in destruction of your belongings, I guess will be reason enough to have her contract cancelled, and thrown out!

But, then, that probably would not have made the same kind of movie! ;-)

I would do the same she was doing to her neighbours I would be worst neighbour ever and make her life living hell , so she would die from heart attack or old age, cause she WAS very old

Well, you could probably as the landlord force her to turn her music/TV down. That seems to have started everything.

Also, I doubt there's anything in the lease arrangement that says the landlord has to drive their tenants around, etc.

If they'd gotten the sound under control and told her to pound sand with taking out trash, driving her around, etc. they probably would've been fine. About the only thing Alex would've been required to fix was the sink clog.

Someone for sure would've had a lawyer read through the lease arrangement and a lot of that stuff would've been known and either stricken or they walk away from it or they'd never get a competitive price for it which would screw up their plan entirely.
