Superb ensemble, with Firth 1st among equals

Amazing how superbly each actor played his part. As good as everyone was, Colin Firth was the most impressive. He’s as believable as the rageful antisemite Stuckart as he is as George VI. His versatility is astonishing - every performance is distinct. There’s no such thing as a “Colin Firth role” - He slides under the skin of every character he plays.

Other favorites: Ian Mcniece, Kevin McNally, David Threlfall, Ben Daniels, Jonathan Coy, Brian Pettifer, Nicholas Woodeson.
