Bam is such a wussy doosh I cannot stand him. Maybe he'll start crying again, that is the only time he is funny.
Knoxville and Pontius. Both have almost no self-preservation instinct, both are really good sports, both have great senses of humor and can laugh at almost anything (Pontius especially-- they shoot him with a water gun while he's sleeping and his immediate response is a smirk and a "I had a wet dream"). They're fun to watch and you get the distinct sense that they love their jobs.
Bam, on the other hand, takes himself way too seriously and also hams it up so much for the camera that you can tell he's trying to monopolize the viewer's attention and it's very obnoxious. He was all right in the first season, but once he realized that he was popular, he took a spiral downwards.

Pontius - The way he tries to talk all over dramatic and serious makes me bust out laughing. You almost feel like he he's very laid back about everything that happens and loves what he does, like others have said. I could watch an entire show with just him. I always wished Pontius had his own show.
Knoxville - I know it sounds rather default, since he's the lead, but he's a good sport about all the crazy and painful stunts he does. And he comes off as more likable than the others.
