Queer as Folk Marathon - Season 1 - Episode 4

Hello, my dearest Marathoners,

I'm so sorry I'm so late! Between business trips and lots of work, I was unable to do my homework. I'm starting the thread but I won't be able to post my review of 104 before the weekend. So, if someone is ready, please go ahead and do the honors! Be my guest!

FYI:
Back in 2000, this was the first episode of QAF that I ever got a glimpse of. The scene which stuck out the most to me was the hand-job scene with Justin and Chris. That scene turned me off. I'm relatively conservative for a gay guy and I still has a sense of prudishness, particularly about sex as casual as in that scene. I thought to myself at the time that I wasn't interested in watching any more of this series if the series will continuously include scenes like that one.
But later that year I finally got around to watching a QAF episode for a second time, which was Season 1, Episode 19 - the one in which Brian's father passed away and Brian spent most of the episode in denial of his grief. I was very moved by that episode, and so dedicated myself to taping all of the first season. (Those were the days when I still used VCR tapes.) Eventually I warmed up to the hand-job scene in S1, E4, .... barely!
